More accurate speed tests can be completed on MondoSpeed Worldwide Speed Test ( http://www.mondospeed.com/ ).You can choose from a list of more than 40 high speed servers spread all around the world.
Yes, Giganews (http://www.giganews.com/performance.html) has an accurate one as well. They just aren't as pretty :)
